Our book "
All The Colors We Are
" is a wonderous picture book that features our work related to human understanding. Giving children and adults the scientific truths about skin tones, this beautiful book frees us from the myths and stereo types about skin color. It tells us, clearly and easily, that we are all shades of tan or brown. Our color comes from our ancestors, the sun, and the pigment melanin.
The format is child centered and answers the "why" and" what" questions that children love to ask. It includes unique activity ideas. Spanish and English on each page. Ages 3-10.
